Sue Cridland - Artist

Sue is an artist working with abstract shape and form.  Her artworks are constructed as paintings, collage and/or stitchings using mainly acrylic, linen, felt, thread and other textiles

The loosely aligned geometric shapes reflect oppositions and conjunctions across space and time.  Each artwork is informed by its relationship to the history of abstract geometric art.

Sue is interested in the spatial fabric of the universe, networks and labyrinthine pathways.  These ideas form the context that is coded into her artworks.
